The championship is taking place this week, June 27-30, at Warren Golf Course at the University of Notre Dame, located near EPI’s corporate headquarters in South Bend, Ind.
To show its support, EPI has manufactured and donated customized KONG Coolers for the championship. The custom coolers are comprised of Notre Dame colors with a gold lid and navy base, the United States Golf Association (USGA) logo, and the unique 40th U.S. Senior Open Championship logo. The custom coolers are providing cold storage on each hole of the championship course.
“The championship brings a lot of visitors and positive publicity to the area and we’re excited to be part of that,” Jack Welter, president and CEO of EPI, says. “We like to get involved and support community events. The championship needed coolers, and we have the ability to customize in great detail. It’s a perfect fit.”
The U.S. Senior Open Championship is a senior golf championship administered by the USGA.
The custom KONG Coolers are not available for sale and have been manufactured by EPI solely for championship use. If you’re interested in custom KONG Coolers for your company, organization, team, or event, contact email@example.com. EPI is able to customize cooler colors and graphics. The standard line of KONG Coolers is available at kongcoolers.com.
