In his new role, Quake will oversee daily operations at the company’s Middlebury, Ind. manufacturing location to ensure the production facility is efficient, productive, and safe. Quake has been with EPI for more than two years, first as a production manager before becoming the assistant plant manager in Middlebury.
“Josh has done an excellent job in his capacity as assistant plant manager,” Jack Welter, CEO of EPI, says. “He’s a strong member of the team, and I’m confident that he will continue to focus on improvement at the Middlebury facility.”

Prior to joining EPI, Quake worked in the fiberglass industry for 19 years. He has earned his Lean Certification and 5S Certification. Quake also studied accounting at Glen Oaks Community College.
When he’s not at work, Quake spends time with his wife and children, and he enjoy playing golf.
