EPI Promotes Josh Quake to Middlebury Plant Manager

Josh Quake HeadshotSOUTH BEND, IND. – Elkhart Plastics (EPI) is pleased to announce the promotion of Josh Quake to Middlebury Plant Manager.

In his new role, Quake will oversee daily operations at the company’s Middlebury, Ind. manufacturing location to ensure the production facility is efficient, productive, and safe. Quake has been with EPI for more than two years, first as a production manager before becoming the assistant plant manager in Middlebury.

“Josh has done an excellent job in his capacity as assistant plant manager,” Jack Welter, CEO of EPI, says. “He’s a strong member of the team, and I’m confident that he will continue to focus on improvement at the Middlebury facility.”

“I look forward to finding new ways to enhance processes in Middlebury,” Quake says. “We’re working on many exciting and challenging projects, and I’m proud to lead the facility towards continuous success.”

Prior to joining Elkhart Plastics, Quake worked in the fiberglass industry for 19 years. He has earned his Lean Certification and 5S Certification. Quake also studied accounting at Glen Oaks Community College.

When he’s not at work, Quake spends time with his wife and children, and he enjoys playing golf.
