Elkhart Plastics Hires Tyler Winright as Middlebury Plant Manager

ELKHART, IN – Elkhart Plastics is pleased to announce the hiring of Tyler Winright as Plant Manager of its Middlebury location. Winright joined the company in March.

He has more than 20 years of experience, the majority of which include practical LEAN experience. Winright earned LEAN Certification from Purdue University. He also earned an associate’s degree in business administration.

“With a strong background in management, specifically LEAN experience, is an asset to our Middlebury location and the entire company,” said Jack Welter, CEO of Elkhart Plastics. “We are glad to have him on our team.”

Winright said, “I am excited to have joined a team of highly experienced rotational molding professionals who display daily enthusiasm for what they do and for the products and services Elkhart Plastics provides.”

In his free time, Winright enjoys boating, attending his daughter’s school sports activities, spending time with family, and traveling.
