He has more than 20 years of experience, the majority of which include practical LEAN experience. Winright earned LEAN Certification from Purdue University. He also earned an associate’s degree in business administration.

In his free time, Winright enjoys boating, attending his daughter’s school sports activities, spending time with family, and traveling.
