Elkhart Plastics, Inc. Welcomes New Quality Manager

ELKHART, IN – Elkhart Plastics is pleased to announce that Julia “Julie” Zakrowski has joined the company as a Quality Manager. Zakrowski will be based at Elkhart Plastics’ Middlebury, Ind., location.

Zakrowski has spent more than 20 years in the quality field since earning a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. Most recently she was employed as a Quality Assurance Manager by Federal-Mogul Corporation. Before that, she was employed by CTS for eight years.

“Julie came aboard the Middlebury team effective Aug. 3 and has not missed a beat,” said Jack Welter, CEO of Elkhart Plastics. “We look forward to utilizing her extensive experience and personal contributions to further advance our growing company.”

Zakrowski said, “I’ve worked in other plastics technologies, injection molding, and blow molding along with automotive sensor manufacturing.

“I’m looking forward to being part of a team that clearly loves what they do,” she said.

Julie and her family reside in Granger. In her free time, Zakrowski enjoys gardening.
