Proprietary DEF Tanks by Elkhart Plastics
In addition to custom tanks, Elkhart Plastics is proud to offer a line of proprietary “off-the-shelf,” fully-integrated DEF tanks. With these we provide remote fill solutions and spill trays, and unique and diverse valve and venting systems. Our proprietary tank solutions enable you to easily configure a tank and header for a variety of applications. Elkhart Plastics delivers fast lead times, and we’ll offer solutions to challenges that may arise in manufacturing, packaging, and more.
We utilize the most capable header sensors on the market through unique supplier partnerships. Sensor headers measure the temperature and quantity of the fluid level in the tank and monitor the quality of the urea solution.
We have multiple sensor geometries available for custom applications in combination with six proprietary DEF tank sizes in 5, 10, and 15 gallons (vertical and horizontal).
