KONG Coolers Adds Larger Capacity, Ability to Journey Even Longer

RIDGEFIELD, WA — KONG Coolers, a manufacturer of high-end, rotomolded coolers, has added a fourth size to its line of expedition-ready coolers. The new KONG 110 Cooler joins the brand’s existing 25-, 50-, and 70-quart models.

KONG 110 CoolerNamed for its capacity, KONG 110 is a 110-quart cooler offering long-lasting ice retention and rugged construction. Made and assembled entirely in the United States, all KONG coolers are feature-rich and built to handle the harshest environments. Divided storage keeps food and beverages organized, gaskets in combination with latches create an insulated super seal to keep the cold in and everything else out; rigid, padded handles allow for easier carrying without sloshing, and snap-tight hinges and latch systems provide secure and bear-resistant storage.

The KONG Coolers brand is owned and manufactured by Elkhart Plastics, Inc., a privately owned, American company.

KONG Coolers were first released to the public in June 2017. A number of accessories have been introduced since then, including KONG Krush Guards, KONG Dividers, KONG Cut’n Trays, KONG Kickers, and KONG Bottle Biters.

“We fine-tuned the KONG Coolers design to withstand rugged adventures and the harshest environments,” said Jack Welter, President and CEO of Elkhart Plastics, Inc. “Nearly a year after the launch of KONG Coolers, we are excited to expand our offerings to include the KONG 110.

“The newest KONG Cooler offers the same rotomolded construction and features our customers enjoy with even more space,” Welter said. “With this added capacity, KONG users can journey even longer.”

The KONG 110 holds up to 82 12-ounce cans and 48 pounds of ice. Its outer dimensions measure 40” x 19.9” x 20.2” with inner dimensions of 30.8” x 12.5” x 15.675”.

Extremely durable and more affordable than other expedition-ready, premium coolers on the market, KONG Coolers feature a limited lifetime warranty and are backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
