Elkhart Plastics Hires Susan Droptiny as Human Resources/Safety Manager

ELKHART, IN – Elkhart Plastics is pleased to announce that Susan Droptiny has joined its team as Human Resources/Safety Manager. Droptiny will be based at Elkhart Plastics’ Middlebury location where she will be responsible for human resource and safety functions.

Droptiny brings 20 years of experience to the position and earned a bachelor’s degree at Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Mich. Prior to joining Elkhart Plastics, she was employed by Better Way Products in New Paris/Bremen, Ind.

Droptiny said, “Much of my 20 years of experience in HR and safety in manufacturing environments involves hands-on development of policy, procedures, and systems for all levels of the organization. I am excited about the opportunity to develop people and manage projects while being part of the team that moves Elkhart Plastics forward,” Droptiny said.

In her free time, Droptiny enjoys yard work, reading, and spending time with family.
