Elkhart Plastics, Inc. Announces New Customer Service Specialist

South Bend, IN – Elkhart Plastics, Inc. is pleased to announce that Angie Dowdy has joined the company as a Customer Service Specialist. Dowdy provides customer support for the company’s South Bend manufacturing facility. She will serve as a liaison between customers, plant personnel, sales representatives and management.

“Angie is a personable team player with effective and professional communication skills. She has more than 15 years of experience in customer service and will be a great addition to our team,” said Jack Welter, CEO, Elkhart Plastics, Inc.

Dowdy earned a Green Belt certification for Lean Six Sigma in addition to various office administration software certifications. She previously worked for Praxair, Inc. from 2002-2013.

In her free time, Dowdy enjoys landscaping, camping, spending time with her 15-year-old son, and hosting summer gatherings for friends and family featuring with pool time and grilling.
